Official release: February 20, 2026
Format: Collaborative album (7 tracks)

The Project

Spiral Staircases brings Larry June and Curren$y together over a project credited jointly with The Alchemist. The collaboration is a meeting of artists with established individual catalogs rather than a solo record simply padded with guest appearances. Its seven-track format also gives the release a distinct scale within the larger KOLAK 2020–2026 archive.

The project arrives after June’s earlier Alchemist collaborations, including The Great Escape and the 2025 release Life Is Beautiful with 2 Chainz. Following those entries chronologically reveals how recurring collaborators can take on new configurations without making the recordings duplicates of one another. Here Curren$y is part of the primary artist billing, which should remain visible in the headline and credits.

Listening Notes

Listen in relation to The Great Escape and Life Is Beautiful as a continuation of June’s recorded partnership with The Alchemist, now expanded to include Curren$y.

Production & Contributors

The Alchemist is the credited collaborator/producer on this seven-track project with Larry June and Curren$y. Do not assume additional individual co-production credits absent reliable liner notes.
