Shipping Information
- To ensure your package is delivered promptly, please ensure that your address is accurately entered during checkout.
- Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information must be provided for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced shipments if incorrect address information is provided.
Shipping Methods
- We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
- Orders shipping to APOs and US Territories may experience delays, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
- For international shipments, the consignee/buyer will be responsible for paying taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
Order Processing
- All orders are subject to processing time, which is separate from the time it takes for the shipment to reach its destination after being picked up by the carrier.
- Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.
Shipping Timelines
- Orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the shipping date, depending on the selected shipping method and the final destination of the order.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- We use USPS or UPS for US domestic and international orders, with alternative carriers selected at our discretion for specific shipping requirements.
- The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Policy
- If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reshipment.
- We do not accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier but will review such cases on an individual basis.
- We will assist in working with the carrier to complete any claims process, which may take up to 30 days depending on the carrier used.
- Kolak does not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Out of Stock Items
- If your order contains out-of-stock items, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the items not available.
Rights Regarding Shipping
- While we aim to accommodate shipping and billing preferences, we reserve the right to require customers to use a common shipping and billing address if necessary.
- We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, or cancel orders from customers due to various reasons, such as irregular returns history, fraudulent activities, or excessive returns involving worn or damaged items.
