- We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping Methods
- We ship via USPS or UPS, with alternative carriers used at our discretion.
Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be sent through USPS only (expedited shipping is unavailable for PO Boxes). - Shipments to APOs and U.S. Territories may experience delays.
- For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.
Shipping Timelines
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping, depending on your location and selected method.
- International delivery times vary by destination and may be extended due to customs or logistical delays.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Out of Stock Items
- If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the remaining products and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.
Delivery Policy
- If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit or reshipment.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but will review such cases individually.
- Kolak does not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Rights Regarding Shipping
- We reserve the right to require customers to use a common shipping and billing address when necessary.
- Kolak may refuse or cancel orders due to irregular return histories, suspected fraud, or excessive returns involving worn or damaged items.
