The Project

Larry June and Cardo Got Wings return with The Night Shift, a full-length collaboration that expands the after-hours identity of their earlier records. Its place in the catalog traces a clear sequence: Cruise USA introduced a concentrated producer–rapper partnership, Into the Late Night continued it, and The Night Shift gave that relationship another dedicated project.

The album also presents a tangible example of the wider production team. “Chops on the Blade” carries a published co-production listing for Cardo Got Wings, DUKEBEATZ and Yung Exclusive. Recognizing those individual names is more accurate than awarding the entire production to one person. It makes this article part of KOLAK’s DUKEBEATZ archive while keeping June and Cardo’s album identity intact.
