atmos and adidas Originals are returning to the Tobacco with a new collaboration built around the changing colors of Japanese autumn.

The TOBACCO atmos “KOYO” arrives in two colorways inspired by kōyō — the seasonal shift of leaves into deeper reds, golds and browns. One pair uses a deep navy base with bright yellow velour Three Stripes, while the other works with warm brown and orange tones that echo late-season foliage.

Beyond color, the project adds practical structure. atmos says the upper uses waterproof leather, while each pair includes a “DESIGNED IN TOKYO” interior tag, leaf-inspired insole graphics, alternate laces and a wooden Trefoil charm.

The collaboration builds on atmos and adidas’ earlier Tobacco “Nenrin” project, which used tree rings as a symbol of time. KOYO extends that idea into seasonality — the same tree, but transformed by autumn.

The raffle closes September 24, with the official release scheduled for September 25, 2026 at ¥17,600.

For KOLAK Archive, the strongest part of the project is how function and place work together: waterproof construction for the season, Japanese landscape references in the palette, and a design language tied specifically to Tokyo.
