• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. No refunds to the original payment method.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.

• Worn or used items will not be accepted.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Store credit is emailed after your return is received and inspected and may be used for online purchases only.

• Exchanges ship after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Online returns and exchanges cannot be processed in-store.

EU Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.

• Eligible orders may be cancelled without providing a reason.

• Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

• Withdrawal requests may be submitted through our online withdrawal function, with electronic confirmation provided.

• Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
